I remember 5 ½ years ago being a new associate in my company and attending my first annual convention. As I sat in the audience and watched people walk across the stage to receive awards I thought “Next year I am going to be on that stage.” I heard stories from individuals who shared how the business, products, and opportunites changed their life.
